I think it all comes down to the build of the child. We first bought an Itti Bitt when Leo was 13kg and he fitted a large on the second-largest setting!! There's no way he would have worn a medium at 12kg.
Okay I think what I am going to do is wait for as long as I can then make a decision. I thought after having a variaty of small nappies that that would help me decide for the next size up but I was wrong.

It definitely depends on your childs build, Isaac is tall and skinny with a long torso. He has almost out grown the mediums rise wise if that makes sense, he is almost too tall for them.
