-were you disappointed ? - God no, a child is a blessing no matter what the sex!
-as soon as you heard what the gender was , did you think "oh , ...damn" ? - Nope we were excited we had a healthy baby
-or were you thrilled ? - yep
-were you wrong , but happy to be wrong ?
-or were you right, but not happy to be right ? - we were very happy :)

Yay big congrats on your little boy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Excellent news

I 'knew' we were hving a girl...DP was convinced it was a boy but wanted a girl....so we were both utterly thrilled to bits when it was confirmed (well 95% confirmed lol). I cried and cried with happiness...such a sook

-as soon as you heard what the gender was, did you think "oh , ...damn" ? My first word was "really?!". I was slightly shocked because I felt it was a boy. But "damn" was my mum's first word when we told her!!!!

-or were you thrilled? I was thrilled with whatever we were having

-were you wrong, but happy to be wrong? Yep!

-or were you right, but not happy to be right? DH was right but more than happy that he got it right LOL.
