Tracey have a look/search in the cloth nappy section, there's been a few threads about pea pods and peoples thoughts on them. Generally though people love or hate them.

I found the inserts good, but the nappies themselves weren't quite the right fit for my DD and we had some leakage issues. Price wise though they are fab!

We've used them since Caleb was four weeks old and have found them to work well and be good value for money. The bamboo inserts are much more absorbant the the older style.

I made my own nappies based on a pattern I made from a peapods nappy, but used velcro instead of snaps. I have the peapods inserts and boosters though, and they work well enough for Chloe!

they weren't my fave nappy but they are definately good for the price!
i'd suggest getting a couple for your stash, but i wouldn't have a complete stash of them
the trifold inserts are awesome though, great for overnight with a prefold
