I'm hoping someone can help. I have always just stayed logged into OB on my work computer as I never accessed it from home. After getting my exciting news on Sunday I logged in from home to post, I now can't get back logged in at work.
I've now created 3 accounts but can't log in to any of them from the office. I type in my email and password then login but when I go to the forums it still says "Welcome Guest" up the top yet if I click on the button to register all my details come up. It is almost like it is half logging me in or something so knows who I am but doesn't allow me to post. I can get in from home no trouble and it is nothing to do with our internet permissions or anything because I can get to the site I just can't log in to post. It is absolutely infuriating! If anyone has any bright ideas please let me know! I've emailed OB but they didn't know what the problem could be.
I'd be grateful if anyone had any ideas because at the moment I can only read the forum during the day and have to come home to post at night.
Gah, I had the same problem today. I went into my internet options and cleared ALL my personal data, cookies and the cache, and then logged back in again, and it worked. I could log into the site, but not the forums.
i get this sometimes but i thought it was because im always logged in at both home and at work. i always clear everything (cookies, history etc) and then i can log in
