We are moving once our house sells and we have found a house we want.. I'll get to redo Daniels room and hes got an interesting array of obsessions and I'm trying to think how I can incorporate them together..

His obsesssions:
- grates (yes I know weird!)
- fans
- insects
- cars

The cars one is the most easiest and obvious but I don't really wanna do that. So anyone got any ideas on what we could do? (that aren't gonna cost a mint)

With the grates/fans, you could do an industrial theme .. actually if you incorporate cars you could make his room look like a garage workshop .. that would be pretty cool!

What happened to trains???
I was a puree feeder, forward facing, cot sleeping, pram pushing kind of Mum... and my kids survived!

Trains aren't such a big thing anymore. Hes terrified of moving trains or ones that make noise so that kinda kills that previous obsession he had.

LF - I hadn't thought industrial. I'll have to do some googling

That's a cool idea! You could even put insects on the windshield lol
