Yay so good the spcas are doing this. As long as people can actually afford the upkeep as well.

Yep i think they do Monikah!!

They have done this around a few SPCA's lately. I think there is just so many cats in need of homes. They are normally $200+ so its alot of money

But if anyone is close to Newtown on Friday they should pop in and have a looksie
