Getting my 7 yr old to zip up her jacket.

Hi, I am new to this forum.

I am needing help or advice on how to get my 7yr old girl, Regan to zip her jacket up.

She is really bad for leaving her jacket wide open and flapping all over the place,even on days that weather is really bad so I am always asking her to zip it up but she just ignores me so I do it myself which is hard because she wriggles/fidgets about (I do get it zipped though).
