Help! We have go into a bad habit when getting our 2 year old to sleep. From a few months old he either fell asleep feeding on me or face to face in our bed with my husband.
Now he's 2 and one of us has to go to bed with him every time! Night time is my problem, 830pm off we go to the double bed with our milk. If he's super tired he goes straight to sleep, if he's not then he moves around for a bit, sits up, chats. Whatever really. It can take me up to 45 minutes some nights.
Any advice welcome please!! I have another one on the way and I would like this to get better
