I wouldn't consider them swearing and have said them all in the past but now we have a little one, I try to hold back on saying terms like that as I know they are offensive to some people. My wee neice for example (6yo) goes to a Catholic school and she has pulled me up on a few occassions for saying 'swear words' so I now say 'oh my gosh' etc.
I must say I'm pretty bad with the 'real' swear words like sh!t, f*ck etc. DF is a shocker as well. He is Irish so every second word is 'fook'. It's funny tho cause my neice tells me and her Mum and Dad off when we say the F word but she doesn't notice when DF says it cause it sounds different lol
I never aim swear words at people, just say them for example if I were to stub my toe I'd probably say 'sh!t that hurt'. I certainly don't agree with kids swearing tho. We live down the road from a primary school and the words that come out the 5-6yo's mouths as they are waling past our house after school! It's dreadful! One little kid said to another little kid the other day 'F**k off you ugly c**t! This kid was all of about 7!!!
