Topic: Magnesium,zinc & B6 Posted: 02 April 2009 at 9:15pm |
Ive started taking a combo tablet of the above and have been feeling very lethargic during the day. I talked to the health food shop and they said that i should be taking this at night as the magnesium is a muscle relaxant. So thought i would share this info to anyone else out there about to take this also, so make sure you take with your evening meal
