I have never stuck a pillow under my hips or put my feet up a wall and we have been lucky to get pg quickly twice. Sometimes I get up straight away and go to the loo (I too have heard about the UTIs) and sometimes we cuddle for a while before I get up, depending on the mood (or the state of my bladder )

Ive tried the pillow and legs up against the wall, and it hasnt worked so far but hopefully will very soon!

I dont think it makes a difference. I got pregnant without and with my feet up the wall.

We never stayed together as such, and I went to the toilet if I felt I needed to.

Touchwood I have never had a UTI, we have a "sex towel" for tidying up.... comes from flatting in London.. it was so embarrassing getting caught doing post coital toilet dash! It has kind of stuck and nice cos we can cuddle and not break the mood.

hehe we have a towel under the bed too :)
i normally let DP clean himself up, and i put the pillow under my hips for 15 minutes and then go to the bathroom

Remains me off those 50's books on how to concieve. I think coz the sperm travel at such speed (approx 200km/hr) that it usually gets to your cervix in afew spilt sec and thenyour cervix sucks it up. I guess it worth giving anything ago when you ttc.
