It really depends for a woman to woman. Either do temp (which I never did as I know myself I will start stressing and it will get worst) or go by the changes in mucous (which I generally look out for).
But as far as I remember you will still usually ovulate 14 days afterwards. (or in most cases, and like I say as far as I remember) Can be totally wrong.
It varies for every woman. My Luteal Phase is 12 days so if I were to have a 23 day cycle I would ovulate on CD11 however, if you have a Luteal Phase that lasts 14 days then you would ovulate on CD9...
If I were you I would make sure we were getting busy every second day from when AF ends and then everyday from CD8 through to CD14. I would probably temp for a few months to get a clear idea of when I am ov... but thats me!
I have on average 23 day cycles, and have a 12 day Luteal Phase, so I generally ov on CD11...give or take a day or so either side.
I made the mistake of assuming I ov'd 14 days before af, so was stopping before I even ov'd... no wonder it wasnt happening lol! (Not that perfect timing is even making a diff now, but thats a different story altogether)
