Caitlin is in a large Baby Harmony, the only large nappy she fits (is in medium everything else) so I don't think they are generous larges.

A bit of advice - just because a nappy says it fits ?kg doesn't necessarily mean that is the size your child needs. According to the size chart Caitlin should be able to wear large Honey Child nappies as they start at 10kg and she is about 11kg - they fall off her literally!
It's always best to try on a couple of different types before you buy so would highly recommend getting an agent in to do a personal fitting for you.

No worries Kate I only started Alex in cloth a couple of months before his 2nd birthday. It's never too late, esp if you are planning on having more children.

Toni, I wish I could get an agent to do a personnal fitting. But there is no one in Wanganui... infact the only MCN's I have seen are baby cheeks at baby city. So all my nappy shopping has been done online.

it just goes to show how nappies can fit so differently on kids. when charli went into large naps, the baby harmony ones were the only ones that were a little big.

you could also try peapods, they are big sizing

I totally agree re size & fit on different kids. Just as well we're spoilt for choice when it comes to nappy shopping
