We use "pot of Gold" on our girls for there skin. Google it. We find it fantastic, its organic and we don't like to use steriod creams. we have to apply it 3 times a day. give it a go.
My 7 month old DS was starting to get spots of eczema on his torso and I had a sample of Aveeno baby soothing relief moisture cream which I tried on him and it cleared it up so I bought a tube of it and massage it into his skin after his bath and it seems to keep it at bay.
He only gets it on his chin still and I think food and dribble irritate it. So I just rub the cream on there more frequently.
