The saying goes 'food before one is just for fun' so as long as she is taking in milk/fluids, and seemingly happy enough, I wouldnt stress about her missing out on meals at this point. The fact she has done it before and come back to it after her teeth cut is a good thing - you know that teeth were the reason before, so its highly likely the reason again, and she should come back to finger foods once her gums arent so sore!
Keep persevering with solids, perhaps try offering cold and/or soft foods, such as yoghurt or purees, as they might be nicer on her sore gums. Offer her some cold teething rings if you havent already, or possibly ice or frozen puree's in a mesh bag thing - nice and cold to chew on, and she will no doubt take some of the food in.
Good luck, hope the teeth cut soon and she gets back to eating like she was before
