Topic: Grrr AF Posted: 05 September 2007 at 7:17pm |
I thought I would start a thread for everyone who is going through AF, this can be a place to vent and moan and scream about her showing up when she isnt wanted! Or just to moan about her in general! lol
You can even come in here and stress about her if you dont want her to show up!
So Im sitting here feeling like total A#$!!I think my AF's are still a bit munted cos of the m/c, they seem to be very heavy eeekk.
Oh well, bring on the wheat sack and some choccie!!

I'm on my second AF since the miscarriage at the moment and it's been short (3 days so far and I think tomorrow will be the last) but very heavy and lots of clots (sorry TMI). My cycle has been stuffed up - 6 weeks from the m/c to first AF and 44 days between first and second (and first was long and horrible). They've also been soooooo painful, I don't know if it's because of my endo or my cyst or what. They're just nasty and make me feel horribly sick.

minik8e mine have been so heavy and painful since the m/c too, this time around I have actually felt ill, the cramps wernt too bad but I felt so sick and tired
Kye, I think everyone must be different...my AF started out(the first one after the m/c) really light pathetic spotting, then it got heavy out of the blue, so maybe thats what will happen for you aswell.
I had some rather large clots yesterday too, urghhh but today is normal, I had a natural m/c with no D and C so maybe my body is just getting rid of the last of it..

Hi gals, I had the heavy stuff after my m/c too but hang in there, it wasn't too long before I was pg again.
I got my AF yesterday and oh my goodness it is so heavy! The last 2 I had (the only ones this year hehe) were very light and short but this one is definitely back to "normal"! I think the energy is starting to swing back in my favour soon - sure hope so! Oh, and I found a king size block of choc in the cupboard that I had forgotten about!!!! Of course I'll share it with DH - if there's any left when he gets home

I have just finished a very heavy very painful AF that lasted 11days. I guess it just makes me want to try extra hard to concieve so she doesn't come back.
All I can say is stock up on the chocolate and I hope yours doesn't last as long as mine did.

It's a gip alright Helen! My cycle has come back to about 26 days, and AF lasts a good 10 of those, so I only get 2 weeks where I have no AF! And those 2 weeks are usually fun fun fun with ovulation and post-ovulation with my endo
