QuoteReplyTopic: BDing and standing up afterwards...TMI!!! Posted: 22 October 2006 at 4:43pm
ok now i havnt found any clear cut answers about my question by researching so hopefully someone can answer it for me...I know that you should lay with your hips elevated for half hour after BDing but what do you do after that???...are you safe to walk around without "the goods" falling out!!! because..(here goes the TMI!!)...after we BDed this morning i layed with hips elevated for half hour then sat up plus did a bit of walking around then when i went to the luu 1.5 hours later it seemed as if it all came out again!!! (im on CD 15 of my cycle and my cycles Are all over the place!!! but i have all the go-ahead signs and my cervix is high soft and open so im figuring we are getting it right!!????).....any answers would be great thanks...
U have to remember that it will be a mixture of sperm and cervical fluid and the ones that have come out will most likely be dead, the ones that mattered will be swimming north
Exactly! There will be little swimmers making thier way to where they need to go and remember there are a heck of a lot of them!! So remember while it may seem like a lot coming out there will be a lot going north.
I never elevated my hips - just lay flat or on my side. I figured 20-30 minutes gave the good ones a chance - especially with the big O sucking them up
You would be safe to assume you aren't losing an of the possible fertilisers after that, I'm sure!
lol.... i am a get up and run kinda girl! and i conceived twice by going loo pretty much straight away. the first time i got preggers after MONTHS of tryin i lay on the bed with my legs up the wall. hubby hassled me but hey it worked!
Yesterday SO excellent timing The day of the rise means u have ovulated and the eggie is either being fertilised if not already and travelling south Good luck BUt like i said it will only be confirmed by 3 high temps so u need another 2 within the same range So until then i always advise regular booty
he he ha ha...I was up and off doing what ever....I hardly ever did any thing to encourage the whole process. After only a few months of trying I was pregnant.....I wonder if it makes a difference!!???
