Why didn't I know about this until after I had my children, I would of tried anything, still will if I have another one.
I was a puree feeder, forward facing, cot sleeping, pram pushing kind of Mum... and my kids survived!

My friend had twins, both over 7lb and wore one of those bands after birth. She looks FANTASTIC now!

The twins are 5 months now and her tummy is back to its pre baby size and shape!

That will be the first thing I buy when I finally get pregnant!
