I bought this book last weekend, and started it yesterday. It's a fab book and I'm really enjoying it. To be honest, although it's a best seller, I wasn't really too sure what it was about

but, basically, it's encouraging happiness. I'm still in the early part of the book, and yes, it's definitely about food and eating, but it looks at what you eat, when and why, and seems to give excellent lessons on improving your happiness and therefore your habits in relation to food.
I'll keep you posted as I get further into the book, but I must say that I am a big reader and this is one of the most enjoyable books I've read in ages.
Have any of you read Save Karyn? That's another good book with valuable lessons! Every now and again when my Visa bill gets a bit ...well, when they can hardly fit the statement pages in the envelope to send me the bill ...I give Save Karyn a read, and I'm too terrified to go shopping again for at least a month!
