I've been tracking my cervix all week, and normally at this stage in my cycle (AF is due tomorrow), it is very low. But, it's remained high and hard to reach, although it has been really hard, so I've been certain that AF is on its way.

My temp is very average (36.7), although admittedly, I haven't been temping during the month (Last couple of months I've just temped in the day or 2 before AF, to check whether the temp has dived and therefore whether AF will arrive that day), so I don't *think* I'll be pg.

But, today, my cervix is still high, but has softened a bit, and I'm *really* wet. I don't have loads of discharge, but I'm easily as wet as around ovulation, although it's creamy. I'm *sure* I'm normally dry as the sahara in the days before AF.

I think I'm going bananas!! You'd think I'd be able to remember from one month to the next what my body does before AF. But, you know how sometimes you over think something and then you can't remember for hte life of you?

OK. Enough being silly. You'd think I'd be past the hope phase by now, huh? I'll be back tomorrow to confirm AF is here!

I've been thinking of you over the last two days, I thought my memory served me correctly that you would be due this w/e. Funny how we forget what to expect in just 30 odd days!!! Here's hoping... but I haven't a clue about all the cervical changes as 1) I don't poke around there (well I've tried a couple of times but couldn't reach anything) and 2) I can't remember what my discharge was like since it's been a year since my last regular period! Bet I'll remember in about 3 months' time tho...

G/L Ginger, always thinking of you

you will just have to wait and see, not long now. Have you done any tests lately? Fingers crossed for you.

I dont really know about these things and maybe you've been told to but wouldnt poking around up there all the time be risky for infection? Sorry if thats the wrong thing to say but would hate for you to get one and that hold up getting pregnant. I know midwifes dont generally like checking up there when your pregnant unless they really have to.

I can't comment on the cervix thing either, but I do remember when I fell pregnant I was very moist in that area which was when I started to think something was amiss and perhaps I was pregnant. It could also though be any number of things as a follow on from your endo surgery.

I will be waiting patiently for news from you, this weekend, or later if that is the case!

I know that prior to my BFP I had a lot of CCM, which I never usually had, so for me, that was a good sign. But like everyone else has already said, we have fingers and toes crossed that you will get that surprise which you so deserve, and will be here with hugs and tissues if you don't.

Thanks everyone for your good wishes!

I'm starting to get quite crampy now though, so I think my body is probably just doing things a little differently this month, and my cervix will drop over the next 12 hours or so.

I've been really tired and not feeling that great this month, and have been thinking my hormones have been out of whack since my last period - so now that I stop to think about it, if my hormones are up the wop, then my pre-AF symptoms could be different too.

Oh well! No drama. Cest la vie!

I did the whole cervix check, mucous check routine thingy and your symptoms sound exactly like what i had for this pregnancy which i instantly got excited about because with previous cycles i could tell as my cervix would drop and open slightly a day or so before AF arrived, i also got the crampy thing too around when AF shouldve come Goodluck i have my fingers crossed for you

The tricky thing is that for most people, early pg signs are the same as their ordinary pre-AF signs But you know we're all hoping for ya anyway!! Oo now you've got me checking on here every few hours lol

I was crampy pre BFP- thats why I tested 2 days late as I was sure it was about to come on at any point and didn't want to waste a test! With the tiredness and CCM thrown in there its sounding pretty positive Really hoping and wishing that this is your month!
