Are they safe to take while pregnant? My midwife needs me to start taking more vitamin C and Iron, just in case I have another huge blood loss after giving birth.

If you go into a pharmacy or health shop, like Healtheries or something, and ask them, they will be able to recommend something safe to use

Lisha I am taking Ferrograd C, it is an iron tablet that has vitamin C in it also. Apparently Vitamin C helps the body absorb iron better. My m/w is an ex pharmaceutical rep so is great with recommending what supplements to take and the best ones on the market!

Thanks peachy, I got some vitamin C from the Health Shop, but they were pretty useless there as they weren't sure if it was ok for pregnant woman, but I am sure it is?!?
