It's done with the third trimester bloods, so probably by week 34. Tip: don't drink water before you go, that way you'll be a little bit thirsty and the drink won't be so sickly

i just got my form on monday after seeing the ob and it says to have it done between 26-28 weeks.

I had mine at 28 weeks! I had to do the big 2 hour one...it sucked!

I was a puree feeder, forward facing, cot sleeping, pram pushing kind of Mum... and my kids survived!

She should, if you see her before 28 weeks and know that you won't see your MW until after then. Then just ask the BU when you see her for the forms and you'll do it then.

Yup, i did the 1 hour one, then the 2 hour one, then i had to do the 2 hour one again!
Sucks big time.

I dont mind the drink, but im like a sugar fiend lol :D

The 2 hours one wouldnt have been so bad if it had only taken 2 hours I was there 3 1/4 and by the end I burst into tears when they tried to get the last needle in. AND that was with an appointment. Hope you dont have to go to Soutern community labs lisha and if you do, give the one on Durham St a miss!

Awwwww you poor thing!! No, will go to Medlab down Kilmore St, went there last time, yes that drink made me queasy too, but didn't throw up! Not looking forward to it at all!
