OK, so it turns out my rash is probably something called PUPPP (basically a pregnancy rash).

What I need to know now if anyone has suggestions for stopping the itching - it is going to drive me crazy!!

I currently have calamine lotion, but after an hour, the need to itch is returning! What else can I use - that is safe to use?

Can you have a bath in Pinetarsol? Not 100% sure if its safe in pregnancy tho dont see why not - ask the pharmacist. Dont know how long the effect will last after the bath either. Its one of the things you can do for itchy eczema.

M?W I saw said to use Calamine lotion, try Lavender bath, cool showers/baths. Then said that if the itch kept bothering me to try GP for more ideas...

So not many ideas, and I need something...

You can't use exzema creams usually as they are steroid based - no hydrocortisone or antyhing!
