Feeling much better, but having trouble sleeping, the last 2 nights I have been feeling quite bad nasea when I went to bed. No tears yet (touch wood)!
In saying that, I have now encountered another problem... to do with a certain type of infection...

Hi Sarah,
You're not losing it - tearful, sure, but not a nut-bar! Early pregnancy (and I'm guessing the rest of it too, from what others are saying - oh yippee), and going off the pill beforehand had the same "lovely" effect for me. ** I avoid all zoo-related programmes!!! **
Just after we'd conceived, and before we knew we had, I wanted to just sob and cry with happiness when meeting a friend's new baby for the first time, then on the way home I slightly crashed my husband's beloved car, and rather than feeling sorry for him when I arrived home and he saw the damage, I'd worked myself into a state where I actually blamed HIM for my hitting of solid stationary object (quite embarrassing) and had a meltdown entirely at his expense! It's crazy but I think that hormones make us get a jump-start on the tantrums and tears that we expect in a couple of years from our kids!

I get teary eyed often these days. I even cry at "olympic moments" ads on tv! And I've cried at the last few movies I've been to.
Sometimes just thinking about kindness or about people/animals under tough times makes me cry.
On the other hand - I tend to be happy lots too I guess I'm just quite emotional.

I cried at the end of desparate housewives AND Greys anatomy last night There is nooooo way that I am pregnant (unless I have had an immaculate conception??) but I think it is because this week is the first time that Joey and I are away from Peter since Joey was born and I miss him sooooo much!!!!! I just want to go home

I don't know if this is embarassing or not, but I'm a complete mess if hubby is even away just for the weekend ! He's due to go away in a week and a half or so for two days to Dunedin, and I'm dreading it.

I used to get really upset when hubby went away, but now I am used to it, don't know if that is a good thing!
I thought my crying was getting better, there was none today, but today doing a first aide course I kept getting all choked up, we were doing CPR on dummys!

i'm like a leaking tap. anything sets me off crying, a sad song montage on tv, seeing birth on tv, tragedies on the news, sad stories in books or magazines, and relaying any of these sad things to people is always a sobfest too. i've been that way since i was pregnant with my daughter, it never went away but at least now i can blame it on those good old preggy hormones again!

I guess i got used to it, no time to think about being away from lewis, although it's my birthday next week, and god help him if he's forgotten.
