Safe disposable nappies

Hi folks. We're on baby #2 this time and with #1 we had a bunch of different cloth nappies to try but she either wet through them or out the sides. We used Moltex sposies but they don't compost unless you have the proper commercial facilities. We're looking for advice on brands that are safe for babies skin/ health. All we've found is Little Genie. Is that the only 'eco' type available?? Moltex are still around but I'm unsure of the chemicals used these days.
