So I was told at my baseline u/s that I have a small complex cyst and nothing more.

Started Follistim as planned and went in for monitoring today. The ultrasound tech asked if I have endometriosis and thinks the complex cyst looks like an endometrioma.

I have never been told I have endometriosis so I'm freaking out a little.

I saw that Clomid and Letrozole could cause complex cysts. Anyone have any knowledge or experience with this?
