I felt all those things you listed and more, as time went on
It is really good that its picked up early, good on you for speaking out.
Just having a chat with your GP and midwife may be all you need. A problem shared is a problem halfed and all that.
Like Emma said, it is very early days, and once things settle down you may feel a lot better too.
Im sure there arent many 2nd+ time mothers who arent guilty of usuing tv as a babysitter a lot at first,..hell Im guilty of it and I only have 1!
Yep there are alternatives to meds, and other therapies including counselling and cognitive bahavioural therapy that can works wonders alongside meds, or without them too.
Getting a balanced diet, drinking water, and taking the girls for a wee walk outside around the block each day is something proactive and really effective you can do to help yourself. It may take a tremendous effort, but do try and make looking after yourself a priority. Going for a walk together will be good for the girls too!
