(This is my hubby's grandmother's recipe)
1 C flour
1 C dessicated coconut
1 C cornflakes
170 g butter
1 1/2 C brown sugar
1 T cocoa
1 tsp baking powder
Melt butter. Beat sugar and butter together. Add other ingredients. Pack into a swiss cake tin (the big flat one). Bake in a cool oven (about 160`C) for 15 - 20 minutes. When cool, ice with chocolate icing.
Fan-bloody-tabulous!!! I made it and I love it!!!! I cant stop eating it. I think next time I might add some raisins too as it feels like it could lend itself nicely to that.
