Mine are so sensitive at the moment too I can't touch them but Jack bfing doesn't bother me. I never really expressed all that much either and now I can't it takes me so long to get a let down with Jack sucking and me imagining milk flowing lol.

At the start I used to hand express as well because my nipples were so cracked I was too scared to let anything touch them.

I got the Avent Isis too..really good. My friend has it at the moment as she is having trouble feeding with sore nipples...

Very good. Most of the Avent products I find are awesome.
