im on loxamine (anti depressant/anti anxiety) and im really struggling with the sugar cravings. has anyone else experienced this on their meds? How did you manage it?

Not specifically sugar cravings, just the desire to eat more and therefore put on weight.

So, not sure if they are the same thing. But anti-d's gave me a bigger appetite and I don't need a bigger appetite!
