I am looking for a good fertility yoga dvd.
Has anyone got one they can recommend?
And where did you get it?

Hi Sharpie, I heard Brenda Strong's DVD is very good. Also I listed to the podcasts by Sue Dumais (Redefining Fertility, its free via iTunes) she has a good website too with lost of resources. She teaches yoga for fertility but is in Canada. You can buy her yoga audio classes and an e-Book. I haven't tried but it might be worth checking out.
Also you can find quite a few videos on Youtube including Brenda Strong's so you can check it out for yourself first before buying. I wonder if you can get these DVDs in the library?
