Hi All

Our son is almost 13mths old and he's not a big eater, he is currently on Neocate formula for his allergy and drinks alot of water. The doc and dietitian believe he is over weight eventhough he doesn't eat much. The only things he will eat is weetbix with lots of milk, fruit baby food, yogurt and canned spagetti. He seems to gag on anything else i give him. He will at times eat mashed veg if i put it in his spagetti. He's had trouble with tonsillitis and ear infections in the past.

Just wondering how do you get them to eat more and a wider range of food. I'm not worried about his loosing weight, i'm more worried that he isn't getting all the nutrition that he needs or he will become a really fussy eater.

Is this fussiness or normal for his age or a medical issue??

Has he got big tonsils? He might have a narrow throat (cause I can't spell the other word lol)

Is he having trouble with chunkier foods?
