Does anyone elses little person suffer from Night Terrors?
Fabian has had them ever since he was born ( aparently rapid birth babies are more prone).
I found a web site that deals with it but just wondered who else is delaing with this?
Alyssa used to get them every night and still goes through phases, or clusters of nights that she has them, Thankgoodness they are getting less frequent. I find that they seem to happen more often when she is tired.
Night terrors are differnt from nightmares as the child is not awake and so they are screaming and totally beside themselves but you cant comfort them because they dont recognise you as being there. We usually end up taking lissy outside into the cool night air for a while until she wakes up. Or just sit her in front of the tv, cuddling etc just makes her worse.
