Hey :)
So with my second child i had Hyperemisis and was prescribed Maxalon/Metaclopramide to help deal with it. I had a dystonic reaction so all the muscles in my face neck and eyes distorted and and constricted themselves. After i got home from the hospital the tops of my eyeballs hurt (from being rolled back for so long) when any sort of heat neared them (sun, opening the oven, washing face in shower etc). Months later the pain disappeared but now im 8 weeks pregnant with our 3rd child the pain in my eyes has returned yet i havnt even had the medication that im allergic too.
Has anyone had a similar experience with Metaclopramide??
Gosh that sounds awful. I've taken it for hymeremesis too but didn't have a reaction. The only advice I can offer would be to go straight to your doctor about it and get them to investigate. Good luck and hope you find an answer
Me 34 Him 35 DD almost 2 years old and... Baby #2 on it's way!
That was the first drug i tried gave me the poos and i kept vomiting, so nothing as stressful as yours!! ( I went onto use Ondansetron, which i had no probs with, esp the dissoluble pills)
