Hi I am living in Auckland, Greenlane. For my first baby I didn't do antenatal classes or coffee groups and this time around I would love to have a coffee group.
Am also interested in trying out hypnobirthing classes.
Has anyone done hypnobirthing and recommend a place to do it, do coffee groups form out of these classes too?

Congrats on baby nr2.
There are lots of coffee groups here on Oh Baby- just have a look out. Have not done hypnobirthing- so have no idea on that one.

Hi Lou, when are you due? There are lots of private groups on OHBaby with others due each month, if you join one you might find the Auckland girls are meeting up.

you can buy the book hypnobirthing morgon method...I didnt do it religiously but has really good techniques in it. I had a medication free labour. the techniques I did choose worked for me.

i never heard of hypnobirthing after a google search i'm very interested and will look into it more thanks!
