Hello. I am due December 19th and am having a very hard time finding a midwife in Central Auckland as they all seem booked already or not taking bookings over December as it's the holidays. Beginning to worry I Won't find anybody and this is my first baby. Any ideas?

Hi bronwen, I'm due 26 December and I called every midwife I could find. No one was available. I've booked in with the Greenlane walk in centre. And arranged my first ultrasound and tests with my GP. The community midwives are probably the only ones we can now see. Good luck!
