Teeny Weeny Stroller

So, I've begun looking at baby gear and came across the Teeny Weeny Elite stroller at Farmers. I like that it has a built in bassinet and front and rear facing options. I've never heard of this brand (a quick google search says it's a Jolly Jumper). Any experience with this brand/stroller?
