I am 3 months pregnant. Can anyone please share the diet plan that i need to follow during my pregnancy. I'm a lil scared as this is my first pregnancy.
Hi there Congrats on your pregnancy . Deli food or smorgasbords are something to keep clear of, any raw fish and seafoods. Only hard cheeses No Camembert or Brie or feta.
Congrats and it is very important to eat well during pregnancy. You need to have a variety for food Milk and dairy products Cereals, whole grains, dals, pulses and nuts Vegetables and fruits Meat, fish and poultry Fluids
