private elective c-section

Hi. I know lots of people are anti c-sections but I'm pregnant with my 5 th bub and I thinking that I want a c-section. All my others have been NVD although my last two have been really traumatic. My last had shoulder dystocia, was an emergency and he was born with an apgar of 0, meconium aspiration as well as nerve damage to his arm. Which has now resolved. I myself sustained injury to my pelvis.

I'm unsure if I will be offered an elective c-section but DH and I are certain it is what we want this time plus a tubal ligation.   Does anyone know where you can go privately in Auckland for one?
