Hi

I'm six weeks pregnant and have been given a list of names of midwives by my doctor but not sure where to start! I don't know anyone who has recently had a baby so don't have anyone to ask :(.

Does anyone have any recommendations for a midwife in the Lower Hutt region?

I would definitely recommend Lesley Gummer. I had her with my second pregnancy and I found her much better than the two midwives I'd had for my first pregnancy. I'm having her again for #3.
