My 3yr old vomited yesterday lunchtime.
From 12pm - 2pm he had maybe 80ml liquid, 3hr nap then vomited again when he got up.
From 5pm - 7pm he had about another 80ml liquid, mainly slept through the night then sick again when he got up at 5am.
This morning I've given him 10ml water/enerlyte mix - brought that up 5min later.
After a bit I tried 5ml water, and again that came back 5min later.

I figure this time I'll wait 30 - 60min then try 5ml again, but I'm wondering if this keeps up, when do I take him to the Dr?

Had he been eating/drinking normally up til lunch time yesterday? Has he got diarrhea too or any other symptoms like a temp? Is he alert/awake or lethergic and sleepy? When did he last pee?

When DS had vomitting and had diarrhea when he was just under 2 yrs, he was admitted to hospital for observation, and even tho when he finally peed it was over 36hrs since he had last done any pee it was only classed as being moderate dehydration. We just had to keep offering him small ammounts liquid. Lemonade iceblocks are good for that- in the end what got him to eat was mushy lemoade iceblock off a spoon. He was not given any medical treatment or rehydration by the hospital, just observed.

I would just keep offering tiny bits of fluid very regularly, and see how he goes,...unless he has a temp or diarrhea as well. You could always ph healthline or the nurse at your dr's. Hope he improves soon.

No diarrhea (yet), his morning toilet included a #2 so I couldn't tell if there was any #1.
No temp but he is very lethergic. Currently on his kiddy couch watching NickJr. Everynow and then he says he wants to eat/drink but I say you've been sick and only little bits. He doesn't object.

Aww its so hard seeing them sick and miserable eh?! Both my kids and myself have had a vomitting/diarrhea bug since Fri. Its weird tho cos DS- 2.5 had both d and v, DD 5.5 has only had diarrhea- a full day of it yesterday and still going, and Ive only had the vomitting.

Sounds like a good sign that hes wanting to eat/drink- just try to get fluids into him. My 2 were hungry as yesterday so they ate, even tho we knew they would just poo it out,...gross!

Urgh we've just had the same thing in our house. Took both kids and DH down. One of my girls was borderline being admitted to hospital for dehydration so my mum came and spent the day with us and made her have 1 sip of water every 2 mins, sounds ridiculous but it was the only was she could keep anything down. Anymore than a sip or two and she was vomiting again.

DS had something similar over xmas. He assures me it was because I put brocolli in his mac cheese.

Have you tried flat ginger ale/ginger beer. Gingers great for help to ease nausea and the sugar will give him a bit of a boost too. Stir it to make it flat tho as the bubbles will make him burp. Start out with small amounts.
