pregnancy symptoms while breast feeding

My daughter is almost four months old. There is a good chance i might be pregnant again. Just four weeks. Has anyone else been pregnant while breast feeding and were symptoms the usual? I am feeling nausous on and off with funny pains in my nipples. Also increased hunger and cramps but af is late. Increased discharge too. Unusual for af to be late for me. I did ov on time this cycle. Will be a day or two before it would show on a test. Excited but scared all at the same time. Have three kids plus three step kids already

even the most sensitive I was 2 days late last time before it showed.
