I'm jealous you get 6am - 6.45am, we used to get that sleep in, but the last week it's been 4am - 4.30am
I have no advice as we are working on it (with out toddler) but you are definitely not alone!

I'm guessing winter will be the cure, as it is light at 6am atm, as demonstrated by my toddler pulling open the curtains when I said it was still dark and she had to sleep.
She refused to sleep before it got dark during summer I can only hope the reverse will happen as we get closer to the shortest day and its darker in the morning.
They don't know what time of day it is

think about how many hours she sleeps in 24 hours and tweak the nap times, rather than just the bedtime.
If she is still doing 2 naps, then drop it down to one over lunchtime and keep her super busy during the morning.
Maybe think about when you are offering food too, maybe a pudding just before bedtime will help.

Wow, you're lucky!
We get that on a great day. Usually it's 5:30/6am.
*edit: Oh wow, I totally thought I added more to this! Sorry!
My kids usually take about 10 days to adjust their clocks when the time changes.
However, they go through their own phases of waking early/later on their own throughout the year. It's just exacerbated by daylight savings.
I haven't found anything that works, sorry!

I hate to say it, but that doesn't seem like an unusual wakeup time to me! Maybe look at putting her bedtime back, so she's still getting 12 hours, but it's at a 'normal' time.
My kids wake up no later than 6.30am, unless they are really tired for some reason. Most days the younger one (2.5 years) wakes up a lot earlier than that though. Some kids just do that unfortunately.

My son has been waking at 5/530 since daylight savings started regardless of when he goes to bed.
Basically I've just accepted it instead of stressing about it. All part of bein a mama

Yeah she is getting 10 hours overnight, but how many hours during the day? If you cut down on the day sleeeps, you may find that the night sleep extends.
I think 13-14 hours in 24 is the 'normal' range for an over 1 year old. So if she is sleeping 3 hours over 2 naps during the day, then she is right in normal range to only sleep 10 hours overnight.
And yip, maybe you have just beeen very very lucky up until now .

How is she during the day, mood wise?
Is she happpy? Does she seem sleep deprived?
My kids sleep 11 hours overnight.
DS has one day nap of about 2 hours.
Bed time is 7pm - I'd go mad if they were up until 8:30
How is she going now?

She did 1.5 hours nap today, but is usually 2-3 hours during the day. will see how long she sleeps tonite then from her short day nap!
Happily she has been doing 7am starts for over a week now, not sure what did it, still not at her closer to 8am region, but i am much happier with 7am that anything with a 6 infront of it!
Weirdly i actually love her at nighttime she is so much fun, sometimes i hate putting her down to bed, would much rather a sleep in :)
