I'm sorry, I don't have any tips other than making sure your iron levels are good, you're taking a multivitamin, eating well and getting enough sleep (that last one is easier said than done).

It sucks to be so tired. I hope someone can help!

On the lighthearted side of things, I bought a chronic snooze-button-presser this alarm and it really works to get you out of bed!

Talk to your m/w she may have some ideas.

I was really tired in parts of my 3rd pg as DS2 was only 7mths when I fell pg & I still had night feeds & then when I worked in the weekend I had to get up at 5am to get ready for work & that was after broken sleep with DS2.

I would also suggest looking at what what you are doing like working, how old the other kids are, how far gone you are, do you get breaks form the kids. I found even tho I was a SAHM during the week I sill had the school run to do with DS1 who was 6 & to look after DS2 & with work on top of that in the weekends some days I could hardly keep my eyes open so a few power naps of 1/2 hr help now & then.

Take a power nap whenever you can or at least take a load off - put your feet up.

Also, I find having a banana or hot drink before bed helps me drift off quickly.
