What do you do in the rain??
We have just sold our second car so I walk to town with DS in the carrier if I need to get out of the house. We have an appointment this morning and its a miserable wet day and I suddenly thought, how will I keep DS dry and warm.

I was just wondering that too, it's the last day I have the hire manduca and wanted to take DD for a walk but it's a yucky day here too. Will try the umbrella, if I can find it!

Jacket over top here too or a blankets (very tricky) or umbrella and leaving about 5 mins before bus came so no standing around (though doesn't always work out...)

Ok so I found a coat that was big enough and had it over us both and an umbrella, it did the trick nicely, DS fell asleep on the walk home

Tara if you hacve an old bigger sized hoodie you can cut a slit in the back when C's head would pop through, hemt he edgesof the hole, then you can do it up as well.

I have a swanndri buggy blanket that goes round the manduca nicely and tucks in under the shoulder straps. It's a really good windbreaker.
