Is it only advisable to take Brewers Yeast as the powder or can you take tablets? (which I have only just discovered you can buy)

Thanks

Personally I use it in baking (lactation cookies are the best, google if you havent got a recipe), and in muesli and the like.
Havent heard about the tablets so cant help you there

Well the powder tastes yuck by itself, in my opinion. But it's great in baking; I'll second that thought!

Sorry, don't know about the tablets either.

Ive had it in baking and also taken the tablets... either is great! (I guess if you have something to put the powder into then use the powder, or otherwise just use the tablets)
