Hiya
DD1 is going to be spending a bit of time after school with me at work, I was wondering if anyone could recommend me any websites that have fun learning games (ie maths, spelling, science etc). She is year 3 at school.
TIA

my mum gave DS1 heaps of sights that she uses at school, one being 'starfall' which is spelling. We also use mathletics and others. I will try find the names for you.

www.studyladder.co.nz is one I use at school with my class. I don't know if they've changed it this year or not (haven't got it up and running yet) but it used to be only 3 free resources in each section per day.

The great thing about it, is if you want to you can create set tasks for them (so if they need help with their number knowledge, you can work on that).

You would go for orange level (Year 3) going by your child's birthdate and go from there :)

Mathletics is good but expensive if you don't get it through school. But honestly, just google interactive learning or maths, spelling, literacy resources and there'll be heaps. bookmark them in a folder down the side so she knows which ones to use
