It's the 5th.. my kids have their birthdays normally before/after or on Fathers day.. This years it's Coopers turn...
No Fathers day done here.. although DH will get a sleep in because Sundays are his sleep in days... lucky!

Fathers day is the first sunday in september and Mothers day is the second sunday in may (in NZ/Aus).. Always got blarddy confused when i was living in the UK so one year I just bought a crap load of cards so I could just write and send one each year....
My parents couldnt understand why the were getting cards at random times of the year LOL

I'm totally for Father's Day. For us it's all about DH spending time with the kids, that way I get a break, lol.
Actually Mother's day is about me getting time away from the kids, so both days work well for me, haha

We don't really celebrate anything apart from the kids birthdays. Terrible I know. I figure with 5 kids I might eventually get something one day from one of them! Mind you, the two oldest make an effort, ds bought me a little soft toy dog from gala secretly & wrapped it up with his last $3 for my birthday, so sweet! Dd6y draws me beautiful pictures too, =). DH & ds's & my sisters birthday are in same week as father's Day so we do a combined family lunch with my family.

We'll be doing a family lunch (just the three of us). It's great here, Fathers Day is earlier in the year in Singapore but we were away for it so will celebrate NZ Fathers Day instead and there won't be millions of other people going out for lunch at the same time/place
