I don't know how many points it is but when I was loosing weight (not by ww) I use to have a salad and then add a handful of crispy noodles and some nuts to make it more filling.
I used to have soup and a piece of bread or 2 in winter. In summer I used to have salads and add nuts/seeds, feta and sometimes a roll. I always found lunch the hardest as I needed it to be filling but wanted to limit the points to make dinner easier
wraps are about 2 points for a medium sized one... so no better than bread sadly....
For lunch I often use to have weight watchers meals, or an egg on toast, or salad with chicken chop or ham, or baked potato with coleslaw and light sour cream, or soup and toast.
for lunch i often have sandwiches.. for me its not the bread but the amount of food i was having.. so i still have bread and have lost 4.3 kg in 3 weeks on 4 or so pieces a day.. i do find lunch the hardest though!
I have soup and a sandwhich with lean meat and heaps of salad filling. Sometimes I toast it in the George Foreman (unbuttered) then open it up and put in salad fillings. I also make pizza from small lebanese bread and sometimes have cous cous or baked potato with a small can of tuna lite. Half a can of baked beans, cottage cheese or two poached eggs on one piece of dry toast is quite filling but I still have it with soup to increase the fillingness.
