Okay heres your challenge to be done Tuesday 6th July

Your Challenge today is to drink 10 glasses of water, 50 push ups, 100 squats & shave 200 calories off your diet.

If you dont manage 50 push ups with good form (they dont need to all be done at the same time) or 100 squats etc then just keep a record of how you do.
Also feel free to do challenge one in addition to this one if you missed last week :)
Kimnthekids you need to pm me your weight if you want to take part in the Biggest Loser. The FB page is only for those that are taking part and we have kept it private so that people can post progress pictures. It's not too late to join!!
